This resource will provide administrators with detailed information about the revenue generated by files in their community, broken down by currency and including both purchases and renewals. Administrators can search revenue data by file and date range and export the results to a CSV file containing useful invoice and payment gateway information. Front-end integration is also included. File authors can view the revenue generated by their own files directly from the file view page (optional setting), while moderators with permission can view revenue information for any file. Requirements: Downloads app

This application allows users to purchase files by paying an amount they feel is fair. Files will still have their normal price, but authors can optionally enable a minimum payment amount, preventing users from paying below that value. Requirements: Downloads app Commerce app Permissions: Administrators can choose which member groups are allowed to use this feature per category. Settings: Payment Methods Tax Class Site Commission Site Transaction Fee
  8. This application allows moderators with the proper permissions to mass change file submitters directly from the Downloads category view. Moderators can select multiple files using the moderation tools and quickly assign a new author via a simple dialog. All author changes are automatically logged in the Moderator Logs.
  9. Create custom browsing experiences by grouping categories, forums, or club forums into separate tabs, making large communities easier to navigate and much more user-friendly. Features: Multiple tab types: All Root Categories Specific Root Categories Specific Forums Club Forums Unlimited tabs Per-tab permissions Control which member groups can view each tab. Font Awesome icons per tab Optionally add an icon to each tab for better visual organization. Remember the active tab The app automatically restores the last active tab when users return to the forum index. IPS5-native styling Designed to match the IPS5 interface and support light/dark themes. No hooks Built specifically for IPS5 using a modern JS/CSS approach. Notes Due to the lack of hooks in IPS5, the Tabs option cannot be added to Account Settings → Content Preferences. Members can switch to the tabbed view directly from the forums index view selector. Change layout views must be enabled for the new tabbed view option to appear. The app adds a new forum index view option when forum view selection is enabled. Tabs are generated dynamically from the existing forum index structure. Specific Forums and Club Forums depend on forums already visible in the index layout. Using too many tabs or categories may create multiple tab rows. Simpler setups usually provide the best user experience.
  10. Price Campaigns allows administrators to create bulk discount campaigns for Downloads files in IPS Community Suite 5. Create percentage or fixed amount discounts, set start and end dates, preview changes before applying them, and automatically restore original prices when the campaign ends. For better reliability and performance, you can optionally provide your own Google API key. The app also includes a built-in caching system to minimize API requests, prevent rate limits, and improve loading times. Per book featuresReaders & Rating: track reading dates and rate books Bookshelves the book belongs to Comments Reviews BookshelvesCreate your own bookshelves Follow other bookshelves Add books you own or have already read Allow comments and reviews from other members Other featuresFully integrated into the IPS framework: REST API, categories, custom fields, notifications, search, tags, follow system, reactions, promotion tools, and more SettingsFlexible settings to control behavior across the app Optional Google API key configuration Configurable cache duration to balance performance and data freshness

Turn your community into a powerful data collection tool with fully customizable forms for feedback, applications, bug reports, contact requests, and more. This application introduces a completely custom-built field system, removing the limitations of the default CustomField model. Each field type is handled independently, allowing greater flexibility, better validation, and more control over how data is collected and displayed. Types of forms: You can create two types of forms: Regular: users can fill them out at any time directly within the app. Registration: users will fill them out only during account creation. Types of fields: Every submission is stored in your database, giving you full control and a complete history inside the ACP. Take it further with automation: Instantly create topics in your forums Send private messages to members Trigger email notifications to one or multiple recipients Redirect users or display custom success messages Built-in protections keep everything under control: Flood protection to prevent spam Limit members to a single submission per form Fast, flexible, and built for IPS5, this system gives you complete control over data collection, validation, and presentation. All without relying on core field limitations.
  18. This application will allow moderators to react to report comments.
  19. This application allows members to react to private messages. Setting: Groups allowed to use reactions in private messages
  20. This application allows administrators to choose which tabs are displayed in member profiles and define their order. Notes: Tabs may vary depending on the applications installed in your community. Profile field tabs (e.g., "About Me") are automatically included when applicable. If a member has no available content, the Activity tab may still be shown by the system. Important (IPS 5 limitation): Due to the removal of hooks in IPS 5, tab handling must be adjusted on the client side. If the first tab defined in the settings is not Activity, users will be automatically redirected to the corresponding tab (e.g. /tab-clubs/). This ensures the correct tab is active on page load, but causes a URL change. Example: first tab: Clubs. The profile will go from ...index.php?/profile/1-adriano to ...index.php?/profile/1-adriano/tab-clubs/ automatically.
  21. See how popular each theme is, right inside the theme selector. This app adds a small counter next to each theme, showing how many members are using it — or what percentage of your community prefers it. Setting: Display mode Count – 96 members Percent – 4% of all users Both – 96 members / 4% of all users Note: Uses caching and background tasks for performance
